We have taken the conscious decision to adhere to standards from the existing conflict minerals program, nevertheless. We do this by using new data collection and verification tools, business criteria and customer reporting methodologies and outsource Audits to third parties. This conforms to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (OECD DDG).
