Koen J. Slobbe

Koen is a Dutch trained tax lawyer by background with significant international business structuring experience. Until recently Koen was the managing partner of Fipaco Corporate Consultancy working with multinational clients on their Dutch and international business expansion plans. He acted as the interim Global Head of Tax for Kuwait Petroleum International (Q8) and helped complete a number of high profile business and M&A transactions for Q8. Koen also serves as the Chairman of CreditAccess Asia NV (www.creditaccess.com). Koen has a master in tax law obtained at Leiden University (1989), with a specialization in US and international tax law (University of Florida 1988).
